~Repetitive and Stressful Work~
Factory work is physically demanding,leading to burnout and low morale.In Sri Lanka some factories use job rotation to reduce repetitive stress.Companies like Zara have multi-skill training programs,allowing workers to shift roles regularly.

The Omega Line ltd introduced job rotation,reducing laziness and increasing motivation(Omega HR Report,2023)
~Poor Working Conditions~
Some factories still lack proper lighting,ventilation, and safety measures.Most of factories in Sri Lanka invest in better workplace conditions,but many smaller factories struggle with upgrades.European companies follow strict safety regulations,ensuring high worker satisfaction.

~Limited Career Growth~
Many workers feel stuck in their roles,leading to disengagement.Some companies in Sri Lanka offer internal promotions,but career growth is not common for all workers.Brands like H&M provide structures career pathways for factory workers to become supervisors.
