    As great as these insights are, how many companies are committed to provide such support ? Its really hard to believe that any Sri Lankan company would prioritize the wellbeing of their employees the right way since its an exploited market. The approach to these kind of matters are - “if you aren’t happy, please leave” instead of questioning what needs to be done to maintain employee satisfaction/retention/engagement. Thats my experience.
