Above teams are responsible for multiple tasks.Accounts staff responsible for finance side in the company.IT team plays a considerable role and they are responsible for IT support in the company.HR administrative teams are responsible for hiring,training, payroll management and employee welfare.One of their biggest challenge is handling high turnover rates while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.Managing employee expectations and creating a positive work environment requires continuous effort.HR professionals must adopt strategic retention policies,offer career development programs and improve workplace culture to keep employees engaged.

Factory Workers vs. Skilled Employees

Factory workers who form the majority of employees,struggle with physical and financial stress.Skilled employees face intellectual and performance -related stress. Retention strategies must address both financial stability and career growth to ensure a balanced workforce.
